Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Managers (PRIM) has two funds:
Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Fund I
Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Fund I (PRIF I)
PRIF I raised USD302 million and achieved final close during 2016. As of December 2025, seven investments remain, with four investments having successfully achieved exits in prior years.
PRIF II achieved final close during November 2024 with a fund size of USD355 million and has made two investments during its first year. PRIF II will continue implementing its investment strategy following successes in PRIF I.
