Where Pembani Remgro Infrastructure Fund II (PRIF II) invests in Greenfield projects that require an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) - PRIF II shall disclose such ESIA's on this website for transparency, public awareness and access.

Promoting Transparency, Public Awareness and Access to Information

In compliance with our Limited Partner (LP) requirements for PRIF II, and in alignment to the IFC Performance Standards, the European Investment Banks Environmental and Social Standards, and the African Development Bank Groups Integrated Safeguards System, we hereby disclose the following investment projects ESIA's and associated Environmental Management Plans (EMP's) and Environmental Authorisations (EA's).​​
